With over 12 years of experience in the healthcare field, Mimi Gross honed her skills by working alongside Registered Nurses on travel assignments and guiding teams to deliver exceptional care. In 2019, she brought her expertise to M. Kohn & Co., where she now manages the tax department.

As Manager, Mrs. Gross is dedicated to fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team. She takes pride in overseeing the firm’s consistent growth and ensuring that both clients and employees feel valued and supported. Her approach emphasizes the importance of employee satisfaction as a driving force behind the company’s success.

Tani Shadovitz leads the Assurance Services department at M. Kohn & Co., overseeing audit operations for clients in not-for-profit, healthcare, and real estate sectors. His clients value his quick response times, clear communication, and dedication to delivering high-quality service.

Before joining M. Kohn & Co., Mr. Shadovitz spent four years at Roth & Co., advancing from Associate to Team Leader while honing his skills and attention to detail. He earned his CPA license in New Jersey and Texas and graduated with a Master’s in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing softball, spending time with his family, and volunteering for Chaverim, a non-medical emergency organization.

Devorah Leibler brings over 8 years of experience in public accounting to her role as a Senior Tax Accountant at M. Kohn & Co. She specializes in taxation for real estate investments, high-net-worth individuals, and state and local taxation across numerous jurisdictions.

Mrs. Leibler earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with an Accounting concentration from Excelsior University and holds an Enrolled Agent license, allowing her to represent
taxpayers before the IRS.

Libby Galandauer serves as Credit Management Advisor at M. Kohn & Co., bringing extensive experience in business development, management, and strategic communication.

Libby plays a key role in helping clients secure and manage financing by building strong relationships with banks, lenders, and industry professionals. She oversees each engagement with full ownership, ensuring clients understand their options, timelines, and next steps throughout the credit process.

Known for her clarity, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Libby provides clients with ongoing reassurance and proactive updates, helping them move forward with confidence while maximizing their financial impact.

Zev Loeffler serves as a Senior Accountant at M. Kohn & Co., with over 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting and more than 2 years in auditing and assurance. He is known for simplifying complex financial concepts, helping business owners understand their financial reports without unnecessary jargon.

Mr. Loeffler holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has a passion for transforming disorganized financial records into clear, actionable reports and prides himself on guiding clients through smooth audit processes with strong communication and understanding.

Zev Rosenblum joined M. Kohn & Co. in 2021, bringing years of experience in tax and bookkeeping services. He started his career managing a small tax practice and worked his way up to overseeing full operations. At M. Kohn & Co., he serves clients by providing tax advice, planning, and ensuring their bookkeeping is optimized for accurate filings.

Mr. Rosenblum earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is pursuing his CPA license. He has a passion for saving clients money and helping them budget effectively. Outside of work, he cherishes time with his family and prides himself on solving client problems and building strong relationships.

Abraham Mehring joined M. Kohn & Co. as a Junior Accountant, bringing unique experience from his previous role managing accounts for a $100 million firm. He focuses on financial accounting, preparing financial statements, and assisting with audits.

Mr. Mehring is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Accounting, continually developing his expertise.

Leah Neuwirth has been part of M. Kohn & Co. since 2020, growing steadily into her role as a Junior Accountant through hands-on experience and consistent client-focused work.

Starting as an accounting assistant, Leah built a strong foundation in data entry, write-ups, and day-to-day accounting operations. Over time, she advanced into handling client accounts independently fully, assisting with tax filings, organizing financial data, and supporting more complex engagements with strong attention to detail.

Leah is known for her proactive communication with clients and her commitment to helping them feel organized, supported, and confident in their financial position. Her participation in ongoing internal training and structured client meetings allows her to deliver timely, accurate work while continuing to expand her technical skills.

Zeldy Grunsweig joined M. Kohn & Co. in 2024 as a Junior Accountant and quickly distinguished herself through her strong analytical skills and ability to absorb new concepts efficiently.

She supports senior tax professionals by assisting with tax preparation, quarterly reviews, and timely filings, while also helping navigate more complex tax matters. Zeldy is recognized for her problem-solving mindset, accuracy, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
